The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Health Commission recently released a list of national 5G+ medical treatment pilot units.

The list includes projects from 11 medical institutions and three enterprises in Southwest China's Guizhou province. The projects of the 11 medical institutions involve 5G+ first aid, remote diagnosis, traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment, hospital management, and health management.

The 11 medical institutions are located in Qiannan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture and the cities of Xingyi, Anshun, and Guiyang.

The evaluation and selection of 5G+ projects are aiming to promote the construction of new infrastructures such as 5G networks and cultivate 5G smart medical treatment products, forms, and models that are reproducible and transferable.
