Guiyang city conducts 2nd round of nucleic acid testing

To further build a safety barrier for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, Guanshanhu district, Nanming district and the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone – all in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – carried out a second round of nucleic acid testing on April 4 and 6.

At each station, residents strictly followed the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, wore masks, kept a distance of a meter, as well as completed the measurement of their body temperature, the registration of personal information and underwent testing in an orderly manner. 

After sampling, the professional team conducted sterilization and disinfection and the samples were directly transported to the Guiyang Center for Disease Control and Prevention for further testing.

Prior to this, on April 2, the first round of testing was conducted in parts of Guanshanhu district, Nanming district and in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, and the results were all negative.
