Guiyang, Beijing seek cooperation in health, medicine industries

A symposium on health and pharmaceutical cooperation between Beijing and Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was held in Beijing on March 20.

The symposium was jointly hosted by the liaison office of the Guiyang municipal people's government in Beijing and ZGC Medical Device Park Co, and representatives of the Guiyang Bureau of Health, bureaus of health in Wudang district and Xifeng county administered by Guiyang carried out industrial promotions at the symposium.

More than 30 enterprises in the health and pharmaceutical industries of the two cities looked for opportunities to further cooperation in industrial and technological research and development at the event. 

The official from the liaison office of the Guiyang municipal people's government in Beijing hopes that ZGC Medical Device Park will further cooperation with Guiyang and Guian New Area in the development of medical industry system and build a medical industrial park. 

Advanced pharmaceutical enterprises in the two cities will make use of their strengths, broaden their cooperation fields, and attract more resources, technologies and projects to Guiyang and Guian New Area.
