Five medical institutions recognized for high-quality services in Guiyang

Over 2,300 community health service centers and township health clinics were recognized for their outstanding performance and high-quality services during the 2022 Quality Services in Communities Campaign. Among them, 82 institutions from Guizhou were selected, including five institutions from Guiyang, as reported by the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on June 13.

The campaign aims to enhance the disease prevention, treatment, and health management capabilities in communities, accelerate the construction of a high-quality and efficient medical and healthcare service system, and continuously enhance the sense of gain and happiness among the people.

After undergoing rigorous procedures including self-evaluation by the institutions, county-level audits, provincial-level reviews, and on-site consensus evaluations by a national expert group, it was finally determined that over 2,300 community health service centers and township health clinics have met the recommended standards for service capabilities.

To set models, the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine reported their high-quality performance, which is also expected to encourage all the medical institutions to improve their service and promote the construction of a healthy China and rural development.
